Holidays

The Holidays screen is where you record public and company holidays for each location. Open it from the left menu under Settings → Master Data → Holidays.

  1. Master Data — Open the Master Data group in the menu.

  2. Holidays — Then choose Holidays.

  3. Add Holiday — Click Add Holiday at the top right.

  4. Name — Required. The holiday name (e.g. Independence Day).

  5. Date — The holiday date.

  6. Location — Pick a location, or All Locations to add it everywhere at once.

  7. Status — Active or Inactive.

  8. Create — Save the holiday.

  9. Download Sample — Get a sample spreadsheet showing the expected format.

  10. Import — Pick the filled file (Excel or CSV) — the new holidays appear once the import finishes.

  11. Edit — Click the pencil to open the Edit Holiday panel.

  12. Delete — Click the trash to remove a holiday (confirms in a dialog).

What you'll see

A Year filter sits above a row of location tabs — All Locations plus one tab per location — so you can narrow the list to a single year and location. The list shows these columns:

  • A checkbox (for selecting rows for bulk actions)
  • Name
  • Date — with the weekday shown underneath
  • Code
  • Notes
  • Status — Active or Inactive
  • Actions — edit and delete

Adding a holiday

  1. Click Add Holiday.
  2. In the Add Holiday panel, enter a Name.
  3. Pick the Date.
  4. Choose a Location — or pick All Locations to add the holiday to every location at once.
  5. Set the Status to Active or Inactive.
  6. Optionally add Notes.
  7. Click Create.

Editing or removing a holiday

  • Click the pencil icon on a row to open the Edit Holiday panel, make your changes, and click Update.
  • Click the delete icon and confirm in the Delete Holiday dialog to remove it. This cannot be undone.

Importing holidays

  1. Click Download Sample to get a sample spreadsheet showing the format expected.
  2. Fill in your holidays in that file.
  3. Click Import and choose the file (Excel or CSV). The new holidays appear in the list once the import finishes.

Bulk actions

  1. Tick the checkboxes for the holidays you want to act on (the header checkbox selects everything on the current page).
  2. Click Bulk Actions (the number in brackets is how many rows you've selected).
  3. Choose Activate Selected, Deactivate Selected, or Delete Selected. For a delete, confirm in the Delete Selected Holidays dialog.

Tips

  • Use the Year filter and the location tabs together to find a specific year's holidays for one site.
  • Use the search box above the list to find a holiday by name.
