Open Core HR is your company's people and operations app. Employees use Self-Service for attendance, leave and personal records. HR teams and managers use the workspace for employees, approvals, reports and settings.

Roles and optional modules
This public manual covers documented product features. Your company chooses which modules to enable and permissions to grant. Page labels identify required modules and applicable roles/permissions where supplied. Reading a page does not grant access to its feature.
If a screen is missing, ask your HR administrator to check your access and module enablement. Microsoft 365 features require your company's configured tenant and integration.
Online and offline help
Use docs.opencorehr.com, download a PDF from its homepage, or open Documentation/index.html in the offline release package. Offline documentation does not require an application login. Choose the documentation version matching your installed release.
In the workspace, use Documentation in the footer. In Self-Service, use the Help & Documentation menu entry. Both open this public manual.
