A warning's details

The warning detail page shows the full record of a single warning — what it was for, who issued it, whether the employee has acknowledged it, and any appeals that have been raised against it.

  1. Disciplinary Actions — Open the Disciplinary Actions group in the menu.
  2. Warnings — Then choose Warnings.

Steps

  1. Open Disciplinary Actions → Warnings from the left menu.
  2. Click the view (eye) button on the warning you want to open.
  3. Use the back arrow at the top to return to the warnings list.

What you'll see

The page header shows the warning number and its current status badge.

Warning Summary

  • Type — the warning type, with its severity badge.
  • Issue Date — when it was issued.
  • Expires — the expiry date, if one was set.
  • Issued By — who issued it.
  • Reason — the reason recorded.
  • Incident Details — the longer description, if one was entered.
  • Acknowledged — if the employee has acknowledged the warning, this block shows who acknowledged it and when, along with any comments the employee added.

Appeal History

  • If no appeal has been filed, this section says so.
  • Otherwise it lists each appeal with its number, status badge, submission date, the appeal reason, and — once decided — the resolution notes, the outcome, and who reviewed it and when.

Employee — the employee's name and code.

Letter — a Download Warning Letter button to download the warning letter document.

Tips

  • Use the Appeal History section to track whether an appeal is still pending or has been resolved. To act on appeals, go to Appeals.
