Reviewing the breakdown

- Find the employee's settlement and click the eye button in the Actions column.
- The Settlement Details panel shows the Earnings (pending salary, leave encashment, bonus, gratuity, other earnings), the Deductions (loan deduction, advance deduction, other deductions), the Net Amount, the status, the due date and any notes.
Submitting for approval
- On the Settlements list, find a settlement in Draft.
- Click the send button in the Actions column.
The settlement moves to Pending Approval and goes through your company's approval workflow. When all approvers approve, it becomes Approved.

- Click the mark-paid button in the Actions column.
The status changes to Paid.
Note
The Settlements screen lets you view a settlement, submit it for approval and mark it paid. It has no control for creating a settlement or editing its amounts — the figures are calculated by the system.
