Your loans
The My Loans screen (under Self-Service in the left menu) shows your loan applications and the loans you currently hold.

My Loans — Open My Loans from the menu.

Apply for Loan — Click Apply for Loan at the top right of the page.

Amount — How much you’d like to borrow.

Tenure — How many months you want to repay it over (1–60).

Start Date — When you’d like the loan to start.

Purpose — A short reason for the loan.

Submit Application — Send it for approval.
What you'll see
A table with these columns:
- Loan Number — the reference number for the loan.
- Amount — the loan amount.
- Tenure — the repayment period in months.
- EMI — the monthly instalment.
- Outstanding — the amount still to be repaid.
- Status — Pending, Approved, Active, Completed, Rejected, or Cancelled.
- Start Date — when the loan starts.
- End Date — when the loan ends, once known.
- Actions — a button to view the repayment schedule, and (for a Pending request) a button to cancel it.
Steps
- Open My Loans from the Self-Service menu.
- Use the search box to find a loan.
- Click the eye icon in the Actions column to view the loan's details and repayment schedule — see A loan's details.
Applying for a loan
- On the My Loans screen, click Apply for Loan. A panel slides in from the right.
- Enter the Amount and Tenure (months) (1–60). An estimated monthly EMI is shown.
- Pick a Start Date.
- Optionally add a Purpose and Notes.
- Optionally add up to five Security Deposits / Supporting Documents entries. For each entry choose a Type (Supporting Document, Blank Cheque, Post-Dated Cheque, or Other); for cheque types, enter the Cheque Number and Bank Name. You can attach a file (PDF, JPG, or PNG) and add notes.
- Click Submit Application. The request is sent for approval and appears in your list with status Pending.
Cancelling a pending request
- In the Actions column of a Pending loan, click the cancel (X) icon.
- Confirm in the dialog. The request is retracted and the approval workflow stops. You can submit a new request afterwards.
