This page covers seeing whether the people you're inviting are free or busy before you pick a meeting time.
Availability
Email and Calendar work only if your company uses Microsoft 365 and your account is connected to it. If you don't see Email in your menu, it isn't enabled for you — check with your HR or IT team.
What you can do today
When you add attendees to an event, the New Event / Edit Event form lets you type names or email addresses and pick colleagues — but it does not show their free/busy times or a scheduling assistant.
In the meantime, check people's availability in Outlook or the Outlook mobile app when planning a meeting time.
