HR & Admin Guide
This guide is for HR staff, managers, and administrators who run the workspace side of Open Core HR: the screens where you manage people, attendance, leave, approvals, and company settings. If you only use Open Core HR for your own self-service tasks, see the Self-Service guide instead.
Finding your way around
Screens are grouped in the left menu under headings:
- Dashboard — at-a-glance overviews and the compliance dashboard.
- Human Resources — Employees, Attendance, and Leave Management.
- Workforce Management — Approvals, Asset Management, Loan Management, Disciplinary Actions, and HR Policies.
- Operations — Expenses and Announcements.
- Settings — Company Details, Organization Hierarchy, Master Data, Roles & Permissions, Audit Logs, and (for super admins) Organization Apps, External API Clients, and Microsoft 365.
