Issuing warnings to several employees at once

There may be times when the same warning needs to go to a group of employees — for example, after a shared policy breach.

1. Disciplinary Actions — Open the Disciplinary Actions group in the menu.
2. Warnings — Then choose Warnings.

What you can do today

The Disciplinary Actions → Warnings screen does not currently have a bulk-issue option. The Issue Warning form handles one employee at a time. To warn several people, repeat the steps in Issuing a warning for each employee.

Note

The Warnings screen offers the single-employee Issue Warning form only. There is no multi-select or bulk-issue control, even though the back end supports issuing in bulk.
