Changing your profile picture

You can upload or replace your profile photo from your profile page. It's the round photo at the top of the page.

1. My Profile — Click your name and photo at the top right, then choose My Profile.

Steps

1. Open My Profile from the menu under your name in the top-right corner.
2. Move your pointer over the photo at the top of the page — a camera icon appears.
3. Click the photo.
4. Choose an image file from your device.

Your new photo is uploaded and the page refreshes to show it. You'll see a confirmation message.

Tips

• Use a JPG or PNG image, up to 5 MB.
• Uploading a new photo replaces the old one.

Troubleshooting

• "Failed to update profile picture" — check that the file is a JPG or PNG and under 5 MB, then try again.
