A warning's details

This page shows the full details of a single warning, plus any appeals raised against it. Open it from your warnings by selecting the view icon on a row.

  1. My Warnings — Open My Warnings from the menu.

  2. View — Click the view icon in the Actions column to open the warning.

  3. Download Letter — Opens the warning letter document.

  4. Appeal — While the warning is Issued, you can acknowledge it (from the My Warnings list) or Appeal to contest it.

What you'll see

  • A header with the Subject, the warning number, and the current Status tag.
  • Download Letter — opens the warning letter document.
  • Acknowledge — shown only when the warning is Issued and needs a response.
  • Appeal — shown only while the warning is Issued; opens the appeal form.
  • Warning Information — Type, Severity (if set), Issue Date, and who issued it. If you've already acknowledged it, the acknowledged date and your comments appear here too.
  • Description — the details of the warning, if any were recorded.
  • Appeals — a list of appeals raised against this warning, each with its number, date, status, and a View link to the appeal's details.

Steps

  1. Open My Warnings from the menu.
  2. Click the view icon on the warning you want.
  3. Read the warning information and description.
  4. Use Download Letter if you want a copy.
  5. If the warning is Issued, decide whether to acknowledge it or raise an appeal.

Tips

  • Acknowledging a warning closes off the option to appeal it, so review it carefully before choosing.
