This page shows your probation reviews and confirmation status. Open it from Self-Service > My Probation.
Availability
This area may not be turned on for your company yet. If you don't see it in your menu, it isn't enabled — check with your HR team.
What you'll see
A Probation Review card for each record, with a status tag (for example, Pending, In Review, Confirmed, Extended, or Terminated) and these details:
- Original End Date — when your probation was originally due to end.
- Extended End Date — the new end date, if your probation was extended.
- Extension Reason — why it was extended, if applicable.
- Confirmed On — the date you were confirmed, once that's happened.
- Notes — any notes added by HR.
If you have no probation records, you'll see a message saying so.
Steps
- Go to Self-Service > My Probation.
- Review each probation review card.
