The provisioning overview
The Microsoft 365 screen is the dashboard for Microsoft 365 user provisioning and account management. Open it from Microsoft 365 in the menu.
- Microsoft 365 — Open Microsoft 365 from the menu.
Your account needs administrator access to open this screen.
What you'll see
- Configuration bar — shows whether Auto-Provisioning is Enabled or Disabled, and the Email Domain new work accounts use.
- Stats row — at-a-glance counts: Total Active employees, M365 Linked (with the percentage of active employees that have a linked account), Unlinked, and Disabled.
- Tabs below the stats:
- Unlinked — active employees who don't have a Microsoft 365 account linked. See Employees without a linked account.
- Recently Synced — employees whose Microsoft 365 account was created in the last 7 days. See Recently synced accounts.
- Disabled — Microsoft 365 accounts that have been disabled. See Disabled accounts.
Each tab heading shows a count in brackets, and each tab opens a table of the matching employees.
Note
This screen is a read-only overview — you don't create, link, or disable accounts from here. Those actions happen automatically (when you add or change an employee) or from the individual employee's profile. See the Microsoft 365 account management pages.
