The holidays page shows the holiday list for the current year at your location. Open Holidays in the Self-Service menu.
- Holidays — Open Holidays from the menu.
What you'll see
At the top, three summary tiles:
- Total Holidays — how many holidays there are this year.
- Upcoming — holidays still to come.
- Past — holidays that have already happened.
Below that, the holidays are grouped by month. Each month is a table with these columns:
- Date — the day and month.
- Day — the day of the week.
- Holiday — the holiday name, with a short note underneath if one was added.
- Status — Today! if it's today, Past if it has passed, In N days if it's coming up soon, or Upcoming otherwise.
Past holidays appear slightly faded so the upcoming ones stand out.
If no holidays have been set up for the year, the page says No Holidays.
Tips
- The list is for your location, so colleagues at other locations may see a different set.
- Use the Upcoming tile to see at a glance how many days off are still ahead this year.
