An asset's maintenance history

If an asset assigned to you has been serviced or repaired, those records appear in the asset's details panel.

  1. My Assets — Open My Assets from the menu.

  2. View — Click the View (eye) icon next to an asset to open its details.

  3. Maintenance Log — Scroll to the Maintenance Log to see service and repair history for this asset.

Steps

  1. Open My Assets from the Self-Service menu.
  2. Click the eye icon next to the asset. The details panel slides in from the right.
  3. Scroll to the Maintenance Log section.

What you'll see

The Maintenance Log lists each record with:

  • The type of maintenance and the date it was performed.
  • A description of the work.
  • The vendor, the cost, and the next due date, where these were recorded.
  • Any additional notes.

If there are no records, it shows "No maintenance recorded yet."

Tips

  • Maintenance records are added by your IT or admin team; this screen is read-only.
