A loan's details
The loan details panel shows everything about one loan: its summary figures, the month-by-month repayment schedule, and any security deposits or supporting documents attached to it. It opens as a slide-over from the All Loans page.
- Loan Management — Open the Loan Management group in the menu.
- All Loans — Then choose All Loans.
Steps
- In the left menu, choose Loan Management > All Loans.
- Find the loan and click the eye icon in the Actions column.
- The Loan Details panel slides in from the right, headed by the loan number.
What you'll see
Summary — a grid showing:
- Amount — the loan principal.
- EMI — the equal monthly instalment.
- Tenure — the repayment period in months.
- Outstanding — the amount still to be repaid.
- Status — a coloured badge (Pending, Approved, Active, Completed, Rejected or Cancelled).
- Start Date — when the repayment schedule begins.
Action buttons — shown only when the loan is Active:
- Log Repayment — record a payment against the loan. See Loan repayments.
- Mark as Complete — close the loan. See Closing a loan.
Repayment Schedule — one row per scheduled month, each showing the instalment number and month, the remaining outstanding after that instalment, the EMI amount, and a status badge (for example Pending, Completed, Verified or Overdue). For loans that have not yet been disbursed, this section shows "No repayment schedule available." until disbursement creates the schedule.
Security Deposits / Documents — one row per attached deposit or document, showing the type (for example Blank Cheque, Post-Dated Cheque, Supporting Document), a status badge, cheque number and bank name where applicable, a link to the uploaded file with its size, and any notes. If nothing is attached it shows "No deposits or documents attached." See Loan security deposits.
Tips
- You can also reach this panel directly from the Approvals page — opening a loan approval takes you to All Loans with the loan's detail panel already open.
- There is no separate repayment-history feed: the schedule rows themselves carry each month's payment status.
