Attendance records

The All Attendance screen lists daily attendance records for your employees, with check-in and check-out times, hours worked, and status flags. Open Attendance → All Attendance from the left menu.

  1. Attendance — Open the Attendance group in the menu.
  2. All Attendance — Then choose All Attendance.

Steps

  1. Open Attendance → All Attendance.
  2. Use the filters above the table to narrow the list:
    • Date — show records for one specific day.
    • Employee — pick one person, or leave it on All Users.
  3. Use the Search attendance... box to find records by employee name, employee code, shift name, or date.
  4. Click the chevron at the start of a row to expand a quick Session Timeline for that day.
  5. Click the eye icon in the Actions column to open the full Attendance Details panel.
  6. Click the map-pin icon in the Actions column to open that employee's location timeline for the day in a new tab.

What you'll see

The table has these columns:

  • Date — the attendance date.
  • Employee — name and employee code.
  • Shift — the shift assigned for that day, or "N/A" if none.
  • Time In/Out — the first check-in time and the last check-out time. A Late badge with the late duration appears next to the check-in if the employee arrived late. Check-out shows "--:--" until the employee checks out.
  • Duration — total hours worked that day, with a small progress bar (scaled against an 8-hour day).
  • Sessions — how many work sessions were recorded that day (for example, "1 session"). If the employee is still checked in, this shows Active instead.
  • Status — quick badges: Late, Early (early departure), and OT with the overtime hours. If none apply, a green check is shown.
  • Actions — view details and view timeline buttons (see the Steps above).

For the full per-day breakdown opened from the eye icon, see A day's attendance sessions.

Tips

  • Records appear here automatically as employees check in and out from the mobile app — you don't create them on this screen.
