Warning letters
The Warning Letters screen lists performance warning letters issued to employees — for example for missing a target. These are separate from disciplinary warnings, which are handled elsewhere.
Availability
The Employee Lifecycle area may not be turned on for your company yet. If you don't see it in your menu, it isn't enabled — check with your HR or IT team.
Steps
- In the left menu, open Employee Lifecycle and choose Warning Letters.
- Use the search box to find a warning letter.
What you'll see
Each row shows:
- Employee — the employee's name, photo and code.
- Date — the warning date.
- Reason — the reason for the warning (shown shortened in the list).
- Target Amount — a target figure tied to the warning, if any.
- Grace Period End — the date the grace period ends, if set.
- Issued By — who issued the warning.
- Acknowledged — Yes or No, showing whether the employee has acknowledged it.
To issue one, see Creating a warning letter.
