Your assets

The My Assets screen (under Self-Service in the left menu) lists the company assets currently assigned to you.

1. My Assets — Open My Assets from the menu.

What you'll see

A table with these columns:

• Asset Name — the name of the asset.
• Category — the asset's category.
• Serial Number — the serial number, if recorded.
• Includes — the count and names of any accessories that come with the asset.
• Assigned Date — the date the asset was assigned to you.
• Actions — a button to view full details.

Steps

1. Open My Assets from the Self-Service menu.
2. Use the search box to find an asset by name.
3. Click the eye icon in the Actions column to open the details panel, which shows the Serial Number, Asset Tag, Brand, Model, Assigned Date, Condition When Assigned, Assignment Notes, and a list of Accessories.
