All leave requests

The All Leave Requests screen lists employee leave requests so you can filter, review, approve, reject, or cancel them. Open Leave Management → All Leave Requests from the left menu.

  1. Leave Management — Open the Leave Management group in the menu.
  2. All Leave Requests — Then choose All Leave Requests.

Steps

  1. Open Leave Management → All Leave Requests.
  2. Use the filters above the table to narrow the list:
    • Employee — pick one person, or leave it on All Employees.
    • Status — Pending, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, or All Statuses.
    • Leave Type — pick a leave type, or leave it on All Leave Types.
    • From Date / To Date — limit to requests whose leave dates fall in that range.
  3. Use the Search leave requests... box to find requests by ID, status, reason text, employee name or code, or leave type name.
  4. To act on a row, use the buttons in the Actions column (see below).
  5. If you have permission, the Add Request button at the top right lets you create a request for an employee — see Creating leave for an employee.

What you'll see

The table has these columns:

  • ID — the request number.
  • Employee — name and employee code.
  • Leave Type — the leave type used.
  • Leave Days — the from date, and the to date if the leave spans more than one day.
  • Days — total days, or "0.5" with "(1st Half)" / "(2nd Half)" for a half-day request.
  • Reason — the employee's note (hover to see the full text).
  • Document — a link icon if a supporting document was attached.
  • Status — a badge: Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled.
  • Actions — for Pending requests, approve and reject buttons (if you can approve leave); for Approved requests, a cancel button (if you can cancel leave); and an eye icon to open the request — see A leave request's details.

Tips

  • What you can see and do depends on your role. People who can only view their own leaves see just their requests; a team leader sees their team's requests.
