HR policies

The All Policies page lists every HR policy in your organization, with its category, status, version and acknowledgment progress. Open it from HR Policies > All Policies in the left menu.

  1. HR Policies — Open the HR Policies group in the menu.
  2. All Policies — Then choose All Policies.

Steps

  1. In the left menu, choose HR Policies > All Policies.
  2. Use the Search policies... box to find a policy by title or description.
  3. Use the All Categories dropdown to show only policies in one category, and the All Statuses dropdown to show only one status.
  4. Click the Title, Category, Status, Effective Date or Version column headers to sort.
  5. Use the icons in the Actions column to view, edit or delete a policy.
  6. To create a new policy, click Add Policy. See Creating and versioning a policy.

What you'll see

The table has these columns:

  • Title — the policy name.
  • Category — a coloured badge for the policy's category.
  • Status — a coloured badge:
    • Draft — being written; not yet submitted for approval.
    • Pending Approval — submitted and waiting for a super admin to approve.
    • Active — approved and published.
    • Rejected — turned down during approval; needs revising and resubmitting.
    • Inactive — not currently in force.
    • Archived — retired.
  • Effective Date — the date the policy takes effect.
  • Version — the policy's version number (for example 1.0, 2.0).
  • Mandatory — a tick when the policy is marked mandatory.
  • Ack — acknowledgment progress, shown as acknowledged out of total assigned.
  • Actions — view the policy details; edit it; or delete it.
