Your tasks
The Tasks screen (under Self-Service in the left menu) is where you track work assigned to you, work you have assigned to others, and any recurring task occurrences.
- Tasks — Open Tasks from the menu.
What you'll see
At the top, four summary cards show counts for Total Tasks, In Progress, Completed, and Overdue.
Below the cards are three tabs:
- My Tasks — tasks assigned to you.
- Assigned by Me — tasks you created and assigned to other people.
- Recurring Instances — individual occurrences of repeating tasks (shows a red badge with the overdue count when any are overdue).
My Tasks and Assigned by Me columns
Both lists show these columns:
- Task — the task name. An Overdue badge appears when the due date has passed, and a small repeat icon appears for recurring tasks.
- Assigned By (on My Tasks) or Assigned To (on Assigned by Me) — the person's name.
- Due Date — the due date, plus the time if one was set.
- Priority — Low, Medium, or High.
- Status — New, In Progress, Completed, Hold, or Cancelled.
- Actions — buttons for viewing and, on your own tasks, working the task.
Recurring Instances columns
- Task — the name of the parent task.
- Scheduled Date — the date this occurrence is due.
- Status — Pending, Overdue, Completed, or Skipped.
- Actions — a button to view the occurrence details.
