Your bonuses

This page shows your bonus history and payouts. Open it from Self-Service > My Bonuses.

Availability

This area may not be turned on for your company yet. If you don't see it in your menu, it isn't enabled — check with your HR team.

What you'll see

A Total Earned card at the top, summing the bonuses that have been paid, with a note of how many paid bonuses that covers.
A card for each bonus, showing the bonus cycle name, a status tag (for example, Pending, Approved, Paid, Cancelled, or Rejected), and these details:
- Percentage — the bonus percentage.
- Base Salary — the salary the bonus was calculated on.
- Amount — the bonus amount.
- Paid On — the date it was paid, once that's happened.
- Reason — any reason recorded by HR.

If you have no bonus records, you'll see a message saying so.
