Recently synced accounts

The Recently Synced tab on the Microsoft 365 screen shows employees whose Microsoft 365 account was created in the last 7 days. It's a quick way to confirm new joiners' accounts went through.

Microsoft 365 — Open Microsoft 365 from the menu.

Your account needs administrator access to open this screen.

Steps

Open Microsoft 365 from the menu.
Select the Recently Synced tab. The heading shows how many appear.
The table — Recently Synced, "Employees provisioned to Microsoft 365 in the last 7 days" — lists each one with their Employee, M365 UPN (their work sign-in email), Department, and Synced At (when the account was created). If there are none, you'll see "No recent syncs".
