Your appeals
This page lists the appeals you've raised against warnings, with their status and outcome. Open it from Self-Service > My Appeals.

My Appeals — Open My Appeals from the menu.

Search — Type to filter the appeals list — also filter by Status and From/To Date above the table.

View — Open the appeal's details.

Withdraw — Withdraw the appeal — only available while it's Pending or Under Review.

View My Warnings — Switch over to your warnings to start a new appeal.
What you'll see
At the top, five summary cards: Total Appeals, Pending, Under Review, Approved, and Rejected.
Below that, a table of your appeals with these columns:
- Appeal No. — the reference number for the appeal.
- Warning No. — the warning the appeal relates to.
- Warning Type — the type of that warning.
- Submitted — when you submitted the appeal.
- Status — for example, Pending, Under Review, Approved, Rejected, or Withdrawn.
- Outcome — once decided, for example Warning Upheld, Warning Reduced, or Warning Revoked. Shows a dash until then.
- Actions — buttons to view details or withdraw.
Steps
- Go to Self-Service > My Appeals.
- Use the Status, From Date, and To Date filters, or the Search appeals... box, to narrow the list.
- On any row, use the actions:
- The view icon opens the appeal's details.
- The X icon (shown only while the appeal is Pending or Under Review) starts a withdrawal — see Withdrawing an appeal.
- Use View My Warnings to switch to your warnings.
Tips
- To raise a new appeal, open the warning you want to contest and use its Appeal button — see Raising an appeal against a warning.
